|Recommended: YesI enjoy being here — It is quiet and the grounds are very well kept. Some items are dated and should be replaced, but over all in good shape. Laundry leaves a bit to be desired, keep in mind these are multi unit apts, to be expected. Overall, it is a nice place to live and I would recommend it

|Recommended: YesNice place with nice people — These apartments are very clean and well maintained. The staff is great and get things done in a very timely fashion.. Centrally located to everything. Minutes away from downtown and the airport, close shopping and Grand Traverse Bay. I have walked the surrounding areas and good access walking or by car. One of the best communities that I have ever lived in.

|Recommended: YesQuiet and very well maintained. — I'm entering my 4th year of residency and found it to be quiet, with the grounds maintained very well. The buildings are older, but the owners have been willing to spend money on preventative maintenance, especially on roofing. The management is responsive to any questions and is always willing to share information. I would recommend Harbour Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for long term residency.

|Recommended: YesGreatly enjoy living here — Harbour Ridge Apartments are a great place to call home. The upkeep of the common green space makes it more tranquil than other area apartment options--actually worth additional charge to apartment these days. The proximity to lakes, trails, and shopping are the best in TC. The two entrances is a little, unrealized luxury. The road loop could be promoted more if a 3 foot spacing was made on the outer portion of the road, like a bike lane, and then every quarter mile was marked then it could be called a walking workout path. The ability to grow a garden speaks to all of the people who are now finding that they will work from home indefinitely.
