|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I enjoy living here and have for a year. It easy to go for walks and sit on your patio, as well as a quick 3 minute drive to town. Issues are taken care of quickly and rarely happen.

|Recommended: YesBest in town — I have rented at 2 other places in town and nothing compares to Harbour Ridge. The pricing is the best with many different floor plans and amenities for each. The location itself is center TC and its only 5 mins via car to downtown. No issues with parking, laundry, or even neighbors. Actually for having so many apartments I hardly ever see another person in my building. The property is very large and always clean as well. Great place with excellent management

|Recommended: YesGood place to live, safe, and clean. — The price may be a little pricy but it's worth the money because it's in a central area, it's clean, some of the buildings need updated windows, insulation but other than that the land Lords are kind and the place feels like home.

|Recommended: YesExcellent — Apartments are designed for ease of living and everything you need is included. Have lots of storage areas within the apartment and the rooms are just the right size. Though many live here it remains quiet. Plenty of parking spaces to choose from. I would recommend Harbour Ridge to everyone.

|Recommended: YesWonderful — I just moved here one month ago but I love it. Staff is so nice and helpful and work orders get done right away. If I have a concern or questions, I can call the office and get an answer or a call back right away if nobody was available when I called .
I love my apartment it is specious and I love having my own washer and dryer and a garage.
